**MODULE 1 - FUNDAMENTALS**

This is our first series of videos where we will discuss how to tackle an Engine Management System installation from the very beginning. We’ll discuss what you need to consider before starting any install, recommendations on basic tools and gear you will need, wiring recommendations, project goals and budgets, and then as we move on we’ll cover the topics in the order we believe is the best practice to get your engine running correctly no matter what the application is or what ECU you are working with. Refunds and Returns

Buyers Remorse - If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase and require a refund, a 7% fee will be deducted from the original payment. We’re aware that problems arise unexpectedly, but unfortunately the credit card companies and banks do not understand this. We will work with you on options, but, be aware that there would be a 7% fee deducted to your payment. We appreciate your business, but suggest you are are absolutely sure about it before processing.

Issue with Orders / Normal Refunds - Refunds will be processed on a case by case basis. Processed/dispatched orders will only be refundable minus a 10% restocking fee if the refund is requested within 10 days of order process/dispatched. Dispatched orders MUST be returned to Tuning Technology in original, new, unopened, uninstalled condition for refund to be requested, and 10% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds that meet our criteria and are returned within the 10 day window. Please give us a call if there is any inconvenience within a timely manner so that we can work with you on the best course of action.

Warranties - ECU's carry Manufacturer's warranty, provided installation and setup have been done correctly. We guarantee products will be defect free and in 100% working condition as well as brand new, unless otherwise stated. Before claiming any kind of warranty, we suggest reaching out to us to try and assist you with troubleshooting to determine if there is a legitimate issue with a product. Sensors are not warranty items, let us work any issues you may have before throwing them away. Injector warranty will be processed through the Injector Supplier. Incorrect ignition coil wiring or configuration will result in a damaged coil, so make absolutely sure everything is set correctly before connecting your ignition system, and damage caused by incorrect settings or wiring will void any kind of warranty.

Shipping Issues - Broken or damaged parts due to incorrect shipping and handling will be dealt with in a case by case basis with the Shipping company.

Estimates, Order Processing and Shipping

Orders received after 1pm will be processed and shipped the next business day. Shipping will be either with UPS, FedEx or USPS. Tracking information will be provided once order is dispatched. Delivery times will be based on shipping method chosen by customer.

Prices may change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days after its made.
