Given some resent events we’ve had with unverifiable orders with customers, we would like to inform a few key points to new customers of Tuning Technology, LLC that they should be aware of before placing their orders.
Please, take the time to read our TERMS & CONDITIONS, they can be found at the bottom of each product page, and they outline some important details about order processing, refunds and returns that you should be aware of.
If you are an international customer with a forwarding address, or are relying on a friend or relative traveling to the US to pickup or receive your order PLEASE contact us BEFORE placing your order, we have a couple of suggestions we can offer to make sure your order will get to your freight forwarder or friend/relative promptly and without any complications. We have a great deal of experience with these situations and we can give you solid points to follow and avoid any problems that might arise.
If you are in a hurry to get your product due to time constraints, race schedules, travel arrangements, etc., PLEASE, contact us BEFORE placing the order so that we can work with you on getting your items in a timely manner, otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
We apologize for all inconveniences this might cause our customers, but we would rather assist you correctly with your needs than be forced to have a difficult situation turn worst because of lack of communication or misinformation.

Remote Sessions & Tuning
One of the most important offerings for our customers is support for what we do. If you need assistance with your engine management system to help get your engine going we offer remote tuning session so that you can get your engine started and cover all the basics so it can then be taken to a dyno and tuned.
We will help you check all the basic and most important configurations of the system, check base timing and make sure the engine starts up, runs, and revs cleanly so it can be driven and tuned. Please send an email to sales@tuningtechnology.net to schedule an appointment.

Our Online Store will be constantly evolving so we can offer everything our customers need for the EFI related projects.
